About Me

My name is Michael; you can call me Mike if you like. I work for Royal Canin, a company that makes breed and need specific pet food like Bulldog and Feline Urinary. I have worked for the organization for over five years. I aim to use my degree to move up within the Mars organization, as there are many opportunities. I am working towards a degree in Business Leadership with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, with 17 credits left until graduation. I have finished my major courses and am working on completing the rest of my electives.

I live in a small town in Missouri. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, trout fishing, watching Cardinals baseball, and spending time with my fiancé, friends, and family in my free time.

After graduating high school, I completed a computer networking class at a local community college. Honestly, that was almost 20 years ago, and unfortunately, I did not get as much as I should have out of it. I was not the student I am now in my adult life. In my current career, I use various technology like desktops, iPads, and cell phones to complete work around the plant. The tools will be used for anything from completing Excel spreadsheets to running equipment. After looking ahead to this course, I am excited to understand information technology better and build a blog. Understanding IT better when there are issues will also be nice.
